I have missed the school deadline for returning my order for processing, can I still purchase photographs ?Yes, if you have only just missed the deadline it may be worth calling our office to see if by posting your order directly to us, we can tie it in with the orders collected from school and process it with them. If it’s later than ‘just missed’ you can order using our online service opting ‘home delivery
I have lost my child’s proof card, can I still place an order ?In most cases this should still be possible. Please call our office for help on 01462 676 523
How long do you keep photographs available for ordering ?You can certainly order online, any photograph within the same academic year it was taken. If you are looking for something older please call our office on 01462 676 523 and we should be able to help.
I am separated from my child’s other parent and cannot get access to the proof card. Can I still place and order ?Yes, please contact your child’s school and get them to contact us with your details. We will then contact you giving you ordering information.
